摘要
国内净菜市场目前存在的加工、配送形式比较繁多,但由于采购储存、配送成本、转运点选址以及信息不畅通等诸多因素,未能真正满足城市居民对净菜的实际需求。文章通过引入共同配送与美国物流管理协会物流管理的理念,从理论的角度构架了一个由大型便利超市、高校食堂联盟体系、农产品配送中心组成的新型城市净菜加工与配送系统,并通过对该新型配送系统构成要素关系的阐述,对该新型系统的特点和优势进行了分析。
There are numerous processing and delivery modes for ready-to-cook ingredients , but they fail to meet the demand of city dwellers due to problems in storage ,delivery cost ,relay stations and transmission of in-formation .This paper introduces the concept of integrated delivery service and the theories of American Council of Logistics Management ,and establishes theoretically a new mode for preparing and delivering ready-to-cook ingredients,which includes large-scale supermarkets,college canteen associations and farm produce delivering centers .The features and strengths of this new mode are also expounded on the basis of an analysis of the rela-tions between its constituents .
