摘要
餐饮业的员工流失问题一直困扰着餐饮业发展,而这一流失趋势还在持续。在学术界有很多学者对餐饮业员工流失的原因、影响及对策从不同角度进行了研究。文章从社会交换理论的视角探讨企业管理,通过分析餐饮业员工流失的原因,探索餐饮业员工的流失本质和根源,有针对性地提出解决餐饮业员工流失的对策:设定完善的薪酬体系,建立阶梯式的培训体系,提高员工满意度,构建良好的企业文化与企业制度间的互补机制,以期对企业的长远发展有所助益。
The problem of human capital flight has been inflicting the catering industry .This paper explores the nature of and causes for this phenomenon before suggesting strategies to solve this problem ,including perfecting remuneration systems,establishing graduated training systems ,improving staff satisfaction,and developing the mutual complementary functions between corporate culture and regulations , which will benefit the business in the long run.
