Application of Financial Information Management in the Digital Campus Environment

数字校园环境下高校财务信息化管理是实现高校信息资源整合的发展趋势,有助于高校财务管理水平和服务质量的提高,实现资源共享。本文分析了数字化校园环境下高校财务信息化的发展状况,提出了目前财务信息化发展存在的主要问题,并从加强顶层设计、贯彻全员参与财务信息化建设实施,加强财务预算管理,加强网络安全风险防范以及培养财务复合型人才等四方面提出了财务信息化管理在数字校园环境下的应用对策措施。

College financial management under the environment of digital campus is the development trend of the integration of information resources, which contributes to the college financial management level, improves the quality of service and real- izes the sharing of resources. This paper analyzed the development status of college financial information in digital campus environment, and the main problems of the current financial informationization development were presented. Four aspects of application measures were put forward including strengthening the top-level design, implementing financial informationization construction with full participation, strengthening financial budget management, strengthening network security risk prevention under the digital campus circumstances, and training inter-disciplinary financial talents.
