中国教育服务体系的现状、问题及对策

教育是保障人民教育需求、调节社会分配的社会服务,具有鲜明的社会保障属性。中国在教育方面取得过举世瞩目的成就,也经历过曲折的发展历程。进入新世纪以来,中国把促进公平作为国家基本教育政策,取得了积极进展。但是,中国教育服务体系还不健全,教育自身还存在许多矛盾和问题,人民群众对教育的期盼越来越高,发展中的一些新趋势也对教育提出了新的挑战。未来一个时期,要加快完善现代教育体系,大力促进教育公平,提高教育质量,深化教育综合改革,努力建设"更好的教育"。

Education is an important social service that meets people＇s need for education and helps regulate social distribution, and thus is saliently characterized by its nature of social security. China attained eye-catching educational achievements, but also underwent frustra- tions and difficulties in educational development. Since the 21st Century, China has imple- mented the basic educational policy of equalizing educational opportunity, which is produc- tive and fruitful. Yet China＇s educational system still needs improvements and has a lot of difficulties and problems, people＇s expectation on education is rising, and some new trends in educational development also poses new challenges. In the near future, we need to speed up the improvement of educational system and the equalization of educational opportunity, and to deepen the comprehensive educational reform, so as to provide better education for the people.
