应用多层螺旋CT对胃癌进行诊断的临床价值分析

The Clinical Value of Multislice Spiral CT in Diagnosis of Gastric Cancer

目的:探讨应用多层螺旋CT进行胃癌诊断的临床价值。材料与方法:对我院收治经胃镜证实为胃癌患者80例行多层螺旋CT检查,分析其影像学表现,诊断病情及分期,并同手术及病理结果进行对照。结果:80例患者经多层螺旋CT扫描全部检出,检出率为100%,患者均未进展型胃癌,对胃癌大体分型总准确率为85%,TNM的分期总准确率为81.2%。结论:多层螺旋CT检查能够准确对胃癌进行诊断及分期,并为制定合理治疗方案和预后提供重要支持,具有重要临床价值。

Purpose： To evaluate the clinical value of multislice spiral CT in diagnosis of gastric cancer. Materials and Methods： 80 patients with advanced gastric carcinoma confirmed by gastroscopy underwent MSCT scans,the CT findings of advanced gastric carcinoma in all the patients were compared with postoperative pathology. Results： The MSCT detection rate of 80 cases of gastric carcinoma patients was 100%. The Borrmann classification accuracy was 85%; TNM staging detected with MSCT was 81. 2%. Conclusion： MSCT scan can accurately diagnose and stage of gastric cancer and provide important support for the development of rational treatment options,it has important clinical value.
