经阴道彩色多普勒超声对盆腔静脉瘀血征的诊断

Diagnosis of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound in Pelvic Venous Congestive Syndrome

目的:通过阴道彩色多普勒超声检测子宫及盆腔静脉结果分析探讨其临床诊断价值。材料与方法:采用日立公司生产的日立大二郎神彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对100例患者进行阴道超声检测,观察子宫大小、盆腔静脉内径情况。结果:正常组与淤血组的子宫大小、盆腔静脉内径及血流速度都有明显的差异。结论:在临床对妇科疾病进行诊断时,应尽可能选作阴道超声检查,可以早期发现无临床症状的盆腔静脉淤血征。

Purpose： Though the analysis of the color Doppler ultrasound on the uterus and pelvic vein to investigate its clinical diagnosis value . Materials and Methods： The Hitachi Hitachi high er Lang Shen color Doppler ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus by vaginal ultrasound in 100 patients with uterine size, pelvic vein diameter situation. Results： There are obvious differences between the normal group and the blood stasis group of uterine size, pelvic vein diameter and blond flow velocity. Conclusion ： The clinical diagnosis of gynecological diseases, as far as possible should be chosen as the transvaginal ultrasound examination, early detection of pelvic venous congestion without clinical symptoms of the syndrome.
