摘要
目的:探讨矽肺合并肺结核的X线表现及特点。材料与方法:回顾性分析我院2 002年1月至2 012年6月间收治的25例矽肺合并肺结核患者的X线资料,观察X线表现特点,从形态等方面进行分析并分型。结果:矽肺合并肺结核的X线表现主要有斑片状4例(16%),结节状7例(28%),团块状19倒(76%),空洞型8例(32%),胸膜炎型9例(36%)。结论:矽肺合并肺结核X线表现多样化,研究分析其表现特点,进行分型有助于疾病早期正确诊断及及早期治疗。
Purpose： To investigate the silico,,is X-ray findings of pulmonary tuberculosis and characteristics. Materials and Methods： A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2002 to June 2012 were treated 25 cases of silicosis, pulmonary tuberculosis in patients with X-ray data, observed X-ray features, such as from the shape and type were analyzed. Results： silicosis X-ray findings of pulmonary tuberculosis are patchy in 4 cases（ 16% ） , nodular in 7 eases（28% ） , lump in 19 cases（76% ） , eavitary in 8 cases（32% ） , pleurisy type in 9 cases（36% ）. Conclusion： X-ray findings of pulmonary tuberculosis silicosis diversity, research and analysis of its performance characteristics, type help for early diagnosis and early disease treatment.
