摘要
以10个茄子品种为试材,用浓度分别为0、30、60、90、120、150、180mmol/L NaCl溶液进行处理,观察及分析其对萌发期及幼苗期各项生理生化指标的影响,比较不同材料的耐盐性。结果表明:萌发期的耐盐性比幼苗期敏感,而且并不完全一致;试验还表明,对于大多数的品种,低浓度盐胁迫(≤90mmol/L)在一定程度上促进种子萌发及幼苗生长,高浓度盐胁迫(>120mmol/L)会不同程度的抑制种子萌发及幼苗生长。
Useing 10 eggplant varieties as materials,the concentrations of 0,30,60,90,120,150,180mmol/L NaCl solution treatment were conducted.The seed germination and seedling stage physiological and biochemical indexes were observed and analyzed,comparison of different materials in salt tolerance was studied.The results showed that the salt tolerance at seed germination was sensitive than at seedling stage,but not exactly the same.The experiment also showed that low concentration of salt stress(≤90mmol/L)promoted seed germination and seedling growth to a certain extent,the high concentration of salt stress(〉120mmol/L)could inhibit seed germination and seedling growth of different degree.
