PPARγ基因多态性与妊娠期糖尿病患者体重指数及脂代谢的关系 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨PPARγ基因Pro12Ala多态性与妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)患者体重指数及脂代谢的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应-限制性内切酶技术,对156例GDM和160例正常对照孕妇PPARγ基因Prol2Ala多态性位点进行基因分型,同时应用全自动生化分析仪测定血总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FBS)并计算患者的体重指数(BMI)。结果 GDM孕妇中携带PP等位基因型孕妇的BMI、TG明显高于PA基因型(P<0.05)。结论 PPARγ基因Pro12Ala多态性与GDM患者肥胖及高脂血症有一定关系,可能借此参与GDM的发生。
