复合树脂高强纤维与带环丝圈式间隙保持器的临床疗效比较 被引量:10

A comparison of the effects of glass fiber-reinforced composite resin and band-and-loop space maintainers

摘要 目的:评估传统带环丝圈式间隙保持器(BLSM)与复合树脂高强纤维(GFRCR)间隙保持器的临床疗效。方法:选下颌双侧第二乳磨牙均缺失需缺隙保持患儿42例,其中一象限用GFRCR制作间隙保持器,另一象限用传统BLSM,比较佩戴前和1、3、6个月后基牙的菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、牙周探诊深度(PD),并比较2种间隙保持器成功率。结果:2组患儿在配戴间隙保持器1、3、6个月后PLI、SBI均高于佩戴前,且GFRCR组优于BLSM(P<0.05);而PD在GFRCR组佩戴前和佩戴后1个月无显著差异(P>0.05),与3、6个月间的差异有统计学意义,但均小于BLSM组(P<0.05);2组间隙器保持器成功率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:GFRCR间隙保持器是一种可供临床上选择的理想间隙保持器技术。 AIM: To evaluate the clinical effects of glass fiber-reinforced composite resin maintainer (GFRCR) and the band-and-loop space maintainer (BLSM). METHODS: 42 children with bilateral mandibular second molar loss were included. GFRCR was used in one guadrant and BLSM in other the other quadrant. Plaque in- dex (PLI), sulcus bleeding index (SBI) and probing depth (PD) of the abutment teeth, and the success rate of the space maintain were recorded 1, 3 and 6 months after wearing the maintainers. RESULTS: The children in both groups had higher PLI and SBI indexes 1,3, and 6 month after wearing the maintainer than before ( P 〈 0.05 ), and in GFRCR group was lower than in BLSM group (P 〈 0.05). In GFRCR group, no significant difference was found in PD before and 1 month after wearing the maintainer, however, at 3 and 6 month PD were significantly higher than be- fore (P 〈 0.05 ), but lower than in BLSM group (P 〈 0.05). The success rates of the 2 groups were not statistically defferent (P 〉 0.05 ) . CONCLUSION: GFRCR space maintainer is a new clinical selection of space retainer.
