核电用钛酸型不锈钢焊条E308L-17的研制 被引量:3

摘要 采用扫描电镜和能谱分析等方法,研究了稀土元素对钛酸型不锈钢焊条熔敷金属室温冲击韧性的影响。结果表明,未添加稀土时,焊缝中存在大尺寸不规则夹杂物;当药皮中加入10份稀土后,能降低熔敷金属中氧含量,抑制大尺寸不规则夹杂物的产生,形成弥散分布的球形夹杂物,显著提高焊条熔敷金属室温冲击韧性。通过在药皮中添加适量稀土,研制出满足核电要求的钛酸型不锈钢焊条E308L-17。 The influence of rare earth elements on the impact toughness at room temperature of deposited metal by titanium acid type stainless electrode was studied by SEM and EDAX analysis.The results showed that 10% rare earth elements added in coating can reduce the oxygen content,restrain the production of large- size irregular inclusions and increase significantly impact toughness of deposited metal at room temperature because of the formation of dispersive distribution spherical inclusions.On the contrary,there are some large- size irregular inclusions in weld metal without rare earth element addition.Therefore,titanium acid type electrode E308L-17 was developed by adding appropriate content rare earth elements,which meets the technical requirements of nuclear power.
