摘要
通过宏观形貌检验、金相检验、断口分析和腐蚀产物化学成分分析,对发生泄漏的奥氏体不锈钢铰链型波纹管补偿器进行了失效原因分析。结果表明:使用介质中氯离子引起的应力腐蚀导致了波纹管补偿器开裂和泄漏。
In order to analyze the reasons of failure and leakage of austenitic stainless steel hinged bellows compensator,the macroscopic morphology,microstructure,fracture appearance and chemical composition of corrosion products were analyzed.The results show that the stress corrosion caused by chloride ions in medium results in the cracking and leakage of bellows compensator.
