摘要
SA508-3钢具有强度高、韧性好和辐照脆化敏感性低等特性,是广泛应用的核电用钢。通过介绍其组织结构、化学成分、力学性能、冶金工艺、热处理工艺和焊接性能等几个方面,阐述了目前SA508-3钢的研究进展,为进一步提高钢的综合性能和研发下一代核电用钢提供了参考。
SA508-3 steel was widely used for nuclear power because of higher strength, good toughness and lower sensitivity of irradiation embrittlement. The progress of SA508-3 steel at present was illustrated by introducing its microstructure, chemical composition, mechanical properties, metallurgic processing, heat treatment processing and welding performance, which is a good reference for promoting the general properties of SA508-3 steel and developing the next generation steel for nuclear power.
