摘要 采用热压烧结制备Mg2Ni化合物,研究了Al含量对Mg2Ni化合物结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明:采用热压烧结可制备出Mg2Ni化合物,添加10%Al时了生成新AlNi化合物相。随Al含量增加,烧结产物显微硬度增加,Al含量少于10%时显微硬度增加主要由于固溶增强,Al含量高于10%时显微硬度增加主要为化合物增强。烧结产物的弯曲强度随Al含量增加先增大后减小。 Mg2Ni compound was prepared by hot press sintering. The effects of Al content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of sintering products were studied. The results show that Mg2Ni compound can be prepared by hot pressing sintering. The new compound AlNi phase generates when the addition of Al content is 10%. With the increase of Al content, the microhardness of the sintering products increases, when Al content is less than 10%, it is mainly due to solid solution strengthening, and it is the mainly reason for the compound enhancement, when Al content is higher than 10%. The bending strength of the sintering product increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of Al content.
