钛合金羽毛球拍组织结构和耐磨性研究 被引量:2

摘要 以钛合金Ti-6Al-4V羽毛球拍材料为研究对象,对其组织结构和耐磨性进行了研究。结果表明:在不同加热温度、保温时间及不同时效温度、时效时间下,该合金的微观组织不同;随接触压力的增加,最大接触温度也随着增加,在接触压力1.35MPa时,接触温度1000℃,在不同滑动速度下,随压力的增加,最大接触温度的变化趋势也不同。随滑动速度的增加,磨损体积先增加后降低,且随着载荷增加,磨损体积变化越明显;合金摩擦系数的临界温度与β相变点密切相关;当摩擦温度大于相变温度时,β晶粒迅速生长,使该合金塑性降低,摩擦性能退化。 The microstructure and wear resistance of Ti-6Al-4V alloy were investigated. The results show that at different heating temperature, holding time and different aging temperature, aging time, the microstructure of the alloy is different; with the increase in temperature,the maximum contact pressure increases, when the contact pressure is 1.35 MPa, the contact temperature is 1000 ℃, at different sliding speeds. With the increase in pressure, the maximum contact temperature trends are different. With the increase appear in the sliding speed, the wear volume first increases and then decreases, and as the load increasing, more significant changes appear in the wear volume. The critical temperature of the alloy friction coefficient is closely related with phase transition point. When the temperature of the friction is higher than the phase transition temperature, the grains rapid grow, and the plasticity decreases, and then, the friction performance degrades.
