摘要
对冷轧后的TA18合金管材分别进行不同温度的热处理,分析热处理温度对TA18合金管材力学性能和组织的影响,选择最佳工艺进行成品批量热处理,测定室温拉伸性能及工艺性能。结果表明在600~750℃热处理时,随热处理温度升高,管材的强度和塑性呈下降趋势,管材的内部组织再结晶程度增加,晶粒逐渐变大。在600℃热处理时,TA18合金管材可获得最佳的强塑性匹配;对成品管材进行600℃批量热处理,测得的管材室温拉伸性能及扩口、弯曲符合GJB 3423A要求。
The influences of heat treatment temperature on properties and microstructure of TA18 Titanium alloy tubes after cold rolling were investigated, the best technology of heat treatment for the TA18 finished products was chosen, and the tensile properties and process performance of TA18 finished pipes at room temperature were tested. The results show that,with the increase of heat treatment temperature, the strength and ductility of the tube decrease, the internal microstructure of the pipe and the crystallinity increase, the grains become larger during heat treatment from 600 ℃ to 750 ℃. TA18 alloy tube can obtain the best match of strength and plasticity at 600 ℃ heat treating, and the room temperature tensile properties,bending properties and expansion of TA18 finished pipes meet the requirements of GJB 3423 A.
