38CrSi钢晶粒的细化工艺

摘要 对38CrSi钢分别加热至880、900和920℃,进行3~5次的循环加热淬火,以细化38CrSi钢的晶粒。利用光学显微镜观察38CrSi钢的晶粒形貌,利用截线法测量晶粒的尺寸。结果表明38CrSi钢晶粒细化的最佳工艺为880℃×12 min+油淬,循环3次,晶粒尺寸为5~7μm。 Grains refinement process for 38CrSi steel was carried out by cycling heating quenching for 3-5 times at 880 ℃, 900 ℃ and 920 ℃, respectively. Grain morphology was observed by OM and grain size was measured by cutting line method. The test results show that the best refining technique of 38CrSi steel lies in heating at 880 ℃ for 12 min and subsequent oil cooling which is repeatedly operated for three times, and grain size of the steel is 5-7 μm.
