摘要
通过对某电厂历次受热面管泄漏统计分析,得出该超临界W火焰炉受热面管泄漏次数最多的部件是水冷壁,最主要原因是热负荷输入不均,热应力过大引起的拉裂,因此水冷壁系统的安全运行是该型锅炉运行的关键。本文针对不同原因引起的受热面泄漏进行了分析,并提出了切实可行的预防措施。
By the previous cause analysis of the power plant heating surface tube over the years, the highest number leak component of the heating surface is water wall. The most important reason is excessive crack caused by the uneven heat load input and thermal stress. Therefore, the safe of waterwall system is the key for boiler operation. The different causes of leakage were analyzed. The practicable measures were put forward.
