摘要
针对某钢管厂12Cr1MoVG锅炉用管成品的抗拉强度波动较大的现象,从化学成分和热处理工艺两方面对这个现象进行了分析。结果表明,不同原料厂家化学成分的差异和正火冷却速度的不稳定是造成该管成品性能异常的主要原因。
The reasons for unstable mechanical performance of 12Cr1MoVG steel tubes for boilers were studied from the two aspects of chemical composition and heat treatment. The results show that different chemical composition from different steel producer and unstable cooling velocity of normalizing are the dominate reasons for the unstable mechanical properties.
