膜转运体在肾清除药物过程中的作用研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 膜转运体是调控细胞内外物质运输的一类功能蛋白,参与药物的吸收、分布和消除等体内过程,它也是维持机体内环境稳定的主要生物大分子,极易被各种化学物质所调控。本文对肾内26个已知转运体中研究较多的18种,如有机阴离子转运体、有机阳离子转运体和有机阴离子转运多肽等,从归属家族、分布、功能、底物及其选择性抑制剂等方面,对其在药物经肾清除过程中的核心作用以及由其引起的药物-药物相互作用的研究现状进行综述。 Membrane transporters are a class of functional membrane proteins and mediate the absorption, distribution and elimination of many drugs. They are biomolecules responsible for the homeostasis, and they, however, are easily regulated by many kinds of chemicals. The Iocalizations, functions, substrates and selective inhibitors of 18 more understanding transporters among the 26 known ones in the kidney are summarized in this review. The impact of these transporters on drug disposition and the typical drug-drug interactions concerned are also discussed.
