手机作为当代通讯工具在大学生当中几乎达到了普及,在高校体育教学中,如果充分地利用手机的高科技功能为体育教学服务,就能把体育课堂从课内搬到课外,为大学生随时随地所进行的体育健康咨询和体育专业学习带来便利,这不仅有利于调动大学生的体育热情,而且还有利于高校体育教学的创新与发展。
