In recent years, with the development of economy and the progress of science and technology, mobile terminals and wireless communication networks have developed rapidly, which lays the foundation for the digital teaching. Mobile learning is a kind of flexible and convenient learning style. Varied mobile teaching devices and abundant mobile learning resources are the prerequisite for carrying out effective mobile learning in rural primary and secondary schools. The development of mobile learning is the product of knowledge combined with modern science and technology and it is the inevitable trend of future education development.
