摘要
将高温煤沥青分别在试验箱和仓库中进行存储老化,测试了存储老化后煤沥青的软化点、元素组成、族组成、灰分、残炭率和流变性能。结果表明:煤沥青的存储条件会影响其族组成和流变性能,进而会影响煤沥青的浸渍效率。随着存储时间的延长和存储温度的升高,煤沥青喹啉不溶物(QI)和β树脂含量升高,流变性能变差。
The high temperature pitch was stored and aged in test chamber and storehouse, respectively, and the performance parameters of coal tar pitch, including softening point, elemental composition, group composition, ash, coking value and rheological property were tested during its storage and aging. The results show that the group composition, rheological property and impregnation efficiency of coal tar pitch were effected by storage conditions. The quinoline insolubles (QI) and β resin of coal tar pitch increased with the extension of storage time and the rise of storage temperature, the rheological property of coal tar pitch had negative effect with the extension of storage time and the rise of storage temperature.
