各向同性石墨材料具有一系列优异的性能,被广泛应用于半导体工业、光伏产业、核能、电火花加工等领域。综述了制备各向同性石墨所用的原料,从有无添加黏结剂方面讨论用不同原料制备的各向同性石墨在生产工艺及产品性能方面的差异。

Isotropic graphite has a series of excellent properties and is widely applied in semiconductor industry, photovoltaie industry, nuclear energy, spark machining, and so on. The raw materials of isotropic graphite were summarized in this paper, and the differences on production process and graphite properties between adding binder or not were discussed.
