中枢型和外周型原始神经外胚层肿瘤的临床特征及预后因素分析

The clinical characteristics and prognostic analysis of the 18 central and peripheral primitive neuroectoderm tumor

目的探讨中枢型和外周型原始神经外胚层肿瘤的临床特征、诊疗方法及预后因素。方法回顾性分析2001年2月至2012年6月间收治的18例原始神经外胚层肿瘤患者的临床资料、诊疗方法和预后因素。结果 18例患者的1、3、5年生存率分别为74.7%,67.3%和50.5%。完整手术联合足量放化疗是推荐的治疗方案。早期出现转移和年龄小可能与原始神经外胚层肿瘤患者预后有关。结论手术联合放化疗可作为原始神经外胚层肿瘤患者标准的治疗方法,放射治疗可显著提高肿瘤局部控制率,应予以重视。

Objective Study the clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and prognostic fac- tors of two types of primitive neuroectoderm tumor （ central primitive neuroectoderm tumor and peripheral primitive neuroectoderm tumor）. Methods We was retrospectively analyzed the clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatments and prognostic factor of primitive neuroectoderm tumor patients in our center from 2001.2 to 2012. 6. Results The 1, 3 and 5 year overall survival rate was 74.7% ,67.3% and 50. 5%. Complete mass resection combined sufficient radiochemotherapy was the recommended treatment. Early me- tastasis and young age might be the prognostic factor for poor survival. Conclusion Surgery combined ra- diochemotherapy was the standard treatment strategy. The role of radiotherapy was more and more important. It could dramatically increase the local control rate.
