摘要
针对移动运营商网络流量日益增加、网络拥塞加剧的需求,介绍了3GPP和国内关于用户面流量拥塞的技术方案进展,分析了主流的技术实现方案,并对方案的后续进展和部署提出了建议。
Network throughput faces rapid increment, and this situation bothers most mobile operators. This contribution introduces 3GPP and CCSA related solutions for network congestion management. It also gives advices for further study and some solutions＇ deployment.
