p53、雌激素受体、孕激素受体在卵巢浆液性癌与子宫内膜样癌中的表达及其意义 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨p53、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)在卵巢浆液性癌与子宫内膜样癌中的表达及其诊断、鉴别诊断的意义.方法 收集卵巢癌组织标本33例,其中浆液性癌20例,子宫内膜样癌13例,用免疫组织化学EnVision二步法检测p53、ER、PR的表达.结果 p53在浆液性癌中的表达率为80.0%(16/20),在子宫内膜样癌中的表达率为38.5%(5/13),差异有统计学意义(x2=4.217,P=0.040).ER在浆液性癌中的表达率为20.0 %(4/20),在子宫内膜样癌中的表达率为76.9%(10/13),差异有统计学意义(x2=8.251,P=0.004).PR在浆液性癌中的表达率为15.0%(3/20),在子宫内膜样癌中的表达率为69.2%(9/13),差异有统计学意义(x2=7.807,P=0.005).结论 p53在浆液性癌中大部分呈阳性表达,ER、PR在子宫内膜样癌中大部分呈阳性表达,p53、ER和PR的联合检测有助于卵巢浆液性癌与子宫内膜样癌的诊断与鉴别诊断.
