直肠侧韧带解剖特点及其在直肠癌根治术中的临床应用 被引量：3

摘要 目的 明确直肠侧韧带的解剖学特点,并为直肠癌根治术中直肠侧韧带的切除提供理论依据.方法 由同一组经过训练的研究人员对16例健康人骨盆标本进行解剖.按照解剖学要求依次剔除相关结构后充分暴露直肠侧韧带及相关结构,并全程记录.结果 16例标本中直肠侧韧带均存在,其呈一束连续栅栏样结构走行,且在不同层面走行位置不同.直肠侧韧带中可见神经与淋巴走行,其盆壁附着下方与盆丛关系密切.结论 直肠侧韧带切除需综合考虑神经保护与切除效果,根据患者个体条件选择适当切除位置.
