5-羟色胺诱导刺参幼虫附着变态

摘要 采用不同浓度的5-羟色胺(5-HT)溶液诱导刺参幼虫附着变态,处理不同时间后,计算附着变态率。结果表明:使用浓度为0.001、0.01、0.1和1mmol/L的5-HT溶液诱导刺参幼虫12和24小时均可不同程度地提高刺参幼虫附着变态率。以浓度为0.1mmol/L的5-HT溶液诱导刺参幼虫24小时效果最好,附着变态率提高12.8%。
