摘要
研究使用X射线影像技术对叠片式锂离子电池进行无损检测的方法。分析锂离子叠片电池检测装置及原理,提出一种基于角点检测判断正、负极片及隔膜位置差和对齐度的图像处理算法。某电池企业连续使用该方法5个月,不良率从12.3‰下降到4.3%。。对10只IFP1865140型电池进行5次重复性正、负极位置差测试,平均重复精度误差为0.03 mm。
The method of nondestructive testing of laminated Li-ion battery using X-Ray imaging technology was studied. Laminated Li-ion battery detection device and principle, a method for judging the Li-ion battery positive and the lamination range alignment of the image processing algorithm based on comer detection were analyzed. Bad rates in one battery enterprise using this method for 5 months were inclined from 12. 3‰ to 4. 3‰. 5 times of repeatability test for positive and negative pole position difference of 10 IFP1865140 batteries were taken,the average repeatability deviation was O. 03 mm.
