摘要
从疲劳损伤模型的选择上,对比分析IEC 61373《轨道交通机车车辆设备冲击和振动试验》2010版和1999版中模拟长寿命试验量级的差异性,对IEC 61373:1999中试验量级高于IEC 61373:2010的原因给出理论依据和解释。认为IEC 61373:2010更加符合机车车辆实际运行环境,试验检测时可避免过度试验对设备造成的损坏。据此提出对机车车辆设备模拟长寿命试验量级的选择建议和对标准的修订建议。
The authors analyze the difference in the level of simulated long life test between year 2010 version and year 1999 version of IEC 61373 "Rail Transit - Rolling-stock Equipment - Shock and Vibration Tests" from the aspect of fatigue damage model selection. The theoretical basis why the test level in IEC 61373 : 1999 is higher is put forward and explained. It is regarded that IEC 61373:2010 better matches the actual operation environment of rolling stock. The new standard would help avoid damages of testing equipments due to unreasonable tests. At last, suggestions on choosing the level in the simulated long life test of rolling-stock equipment are given, as well as suggestions on the modification of related standards.
