分析济西机务段HXD3型电力机车辅助照明灯发生故障的原因及由此产生的安全隐患,通过在灯罩内部钻取通气孔同时对灯罩进行改造,可有效避免机车灯罩脱落现象的发生,同时提高工作效率,降低劳动强度。

The paper analyzes the causes of the auxiliary, light fault in HXD3 type electric locomotive in Ji＇ nan West Locomotive Depot and the corresponding potential safety hazards. The lightshade is renovated via drilling ventilation holes within lightshade and implementing some modification measures, the fault of lightshade falling is effectively avoided, and the labor intensity is reduced also.
