摘要
煤炭资源型区域人与自然矛盾不断激化,生态承载力系统正面临着巨大风险。从科学技术的生态化创新入手,寻找增进煤炭资源型区域技术驱动力的模式,为该区域生态风险规避找到突破口。在技术驱动力不足的本体思考基础上,以价值重构为伦理指导,重点关注生态位视角下的技术驱动模式选择,构建技术驱动的生态位进化模式。并结合制度设计,为煤炭资源型区域生态风险规避技术驱动力提升,提出相应的对策和建议。
The conflict of coal dependent area between the human being and the nature was intensified. In order to deal with ecological risk, this article looked for the model of improving coal dependent regional technology driving force. After analyzing the causes of the technology driving force insufficiency , it built a technology-driven niche e- volution model. Then combining with the system designing, the article still put forward the corresponding counter- measures for promoting regional technology driving force.
