摘要
以我国高新技术上市公司为研究对象，分析2010～2013年其股权激励和创新投入情况，发现股权激励在高新技术企业中已经得到广泛的采用并呈逐年递增趋势，但是以研发强度代表的创新投入却整体明显偏低并呈下降趋势。针对以上问题，从可持续发展、资源配置和价值创造三方面提出促进高新技术企业股权激励与创新投入二者间的协同效应。
This paper analyzes stock right incentive and stock right incentive on high-tech listed companies in our country from 2010 to 2013. It shows that more and more high-tech listed companies have carried out stock right incentive and increased year by year. But their innovation investment usually replaced by R＆D intensity obvi- ously low overall. The high-tech listed companies＂ R＆D intensity trended decreasing in the recently years. For this phenomenon we suggest to promote the synergistic effect between stock right incentive and innovation investment from three parts. They are sustainable development, resource allocation and value creation.
