摘要
以结构解释模型(ISM)为分析方法,对影响高技术企业研发人员流失的因素进行分析。计算结果表明,各因素对研发人员流失的影响程度是主次分明的。企业文化与管理制度和组织支持是引发研发人员流失、离职的基本因素;任职时间、任职职务、工作挑战性、薪酬水平、人际关系等因素对研发人员流失具有直接影响,这些因素受职业发展和培训机会两个中间因素的制约,进而影响研发人员流失。
In order to study the influence factors of loss of the R&D Personnel in high--tech Enterprises, a multi -layer interpretative structure model of 10 factors established by system engineering approach. The calculation re- sults show the degree of influence of each factor on loss of R&D Personnel is focused. The enterprise culture and the management system and the organization support is the basis of R & D personnel loss; tenure, job duties, chal- lenging work, salary, interpersonal relationships have a direct influence on the R & D personnel loss; occupation development and training opportunities are two intermediate factors.
