This paper outlined the current situation of information management for budget offices of railway administrations,put forward the design scheme of Budget Management Information System,described the framework,constructing the environment,function design and the key technologies used.Since the System was put into use,the project review process was streamlining,execution unit reporting and tracking project was transparent,grasping the overall situation,rational division of labor and the supervisory control were just in time,review project was intuitive and high efficiency.
