多院区大型医院病案管理存在问题与解决方案

Problems Existing in Medical Records Management of Large Multi Branch Hospitals and Relevant Solutions

近几年大型医院发展规模不断扩大,电子病历与纸质病案长期并行存在,且病案的社会利用量和病案管理质量要求不断提高。本文旨在通过探讨分析多院区大型医院病案管理中存在的问题和相应解决方案,如病案号不连续问题,新近出院病案重复调档问题,以及病案首页质量存在缺陷等问题。根据不同医院规模和地理环境提出几种病案号分配方案,通过设立临时病案架,将病案质控和编目工作设立在中间环节,从而有效解决相应问题,以此促使病案管理进一步科学化合理化,提高病案管理质量与工作效率,促进医院管理水平的进一步提高。

With the expanding of large scale hospitals in recent years, electronic medical records have parallel existing with paper medical records; and the requirements of the social utilization as well as the management quality of medical records are increasing continuously. This paper aims to explore and analysis the problems and corresponding solutions of.medical record management in large multi branch hospitals, such as the problems of how to maintain the continuity of medical record numbers, repeated transfer files and defects existing in the home pages of medical records. We put forward several kinds of allocation plans according to the different scale and positions of the hospitals, which included the establishment of temporary shelves and designed the quality control and catalogue work in the middle links, so as to solve relevant problems effectively. Therefore, promoting further scientific and rational management of the medical records, improving the quality and work efficiency of medical record management and enhancing the level improvement of the hospital management.
