2008年～2013年国内电子病案研究的文献计量分析

A Bibliometric Analysis on the Domestic Electronic Medical Record Research from 2008 to 2013

目的探讨近6年国内电子病案研究的活跃程度及学术研究水平。方法使用文献计量法对国内数据库收录的2008年-2013年间有关电子病案研究论文进行分析。结果 6年间收录电子病案文献共1385篇,涉及期刊309种,其中核心期刊34种;第一作者1030位,发表4篇以上论文的作者共计14位;论文平均合作度为2.24,合作率为53.94%;基金资助论文占13.43%;东部地区发文单位占单位总数的68.75%。结论论文主题比较集中,研究水平有所提高,作者分布比较广泛;高产作者相对缺乏,区域发展尚不平衡,研究活跃度有待提高,研究领域拓展值得期待。

Objective To investigate the research activeness and academic research level of domestic electronic medical records researching in the past 6 years. Methods To conduct an analysis on the research papers related electronic medical records included by domestic databases from 2008 to 2013 with the application of bibliometric method. Results 1385 papers about electronic medical records were included during the past 6 years, involving 309 kinds of journals and in which there were 34 core journals. There were 1030 first-authors in total, 14 of whom published more than 4 papers. The average cooperative degree of the papers was 2.24 and cooperative rate was 53.94%. The papers with funded accounted for 13.43%, and the proportion of the units publishing articles in eastern areas accounted for 65.75% of the total units. Conclusions The research themes were relatively centralized, the research level of electronic medical records had been improved and the authors were widely distributed. However, prolific authors were still of relatively shortage, the regional development was imbalanced, research activeness should be improved and the expansion of research fields was worth of expectation.
