摘要
介绍了某黄金选矿厂破碎、磨矿分级、浓浸工艺流程及其存在的问题,通过对破碎、磨矿、浓浸控制系统进行自动化控制系统改造,稳定了工艺流程,提高了生产效率,降低了生产故障率,减少了工人的劳动强度,取得了显著的经济和社会效益。
This paper introduces the process of crushing, grinding and classification, concentrated leaching, and the existing problems in a gold plant. Through transforming the control system of crushing, grinding, concentrated leaching into the automatic control system, the process flow is stabilized, production efficiency is improved, production failure rate is decreased, labor intensity is reduced, and finally remarkable economic and social benefits are gained.
