摘要
目的探讨音乐电针对SAMP8小鼠血清中SOD活力、MDA含量及其行为学的影响。方法将8月龄雄性SAMP8小鼠18只随机分为3组,即:模型组(N)、音乐电针组(M)、药物组(D);同月龄雄性SAMR1小鼠6只作为空白组(C)。模型组和空白组不予以治疗;音乐电针组配相关穴位进行针刺治疗;药物组予盐酸多奈哌齐(0.92 mg/g)灌胃。治疗15 d后用Morris水迷宫检测各组小鼠学习记忆能力;测定血清中SOD活力和MDA含量。结果治疗结束后,模型组的逃避潜伏期时间大于空白组(P<0.01);药物组的逃避潜伏期变化不明显;音乐电针组的逃避潜伏期时间明显小于模型组(P<0.05)。模型组较空白组血清MDA含量升高,SOD活力降低(P<0.01);音乐电针组和药物组较模型组SOD活力升高,MDA含量降低(P<0.01)。结论音乐电针可能通过降低SAMP8小鼠血清中MDA含量,提升SOD活力,改善SAMP8小鼠的学习记忆功能,具有一定抗老年性痴呆的功能。
Objective To discuss the effect of musical electro-acupuncture therapy on the super oxide dismutase activity, malondialdehyde content, and their behaviors in the serum of SAMP8 mice. Methods 18 8-month-old male mices were ran- domly divided into three groups, model group(N), musical electro-acupuncture group(M), drug group(D) and 6 SMR1 mices with the same age as blank group(C). The mice in model group and blank group will not be treated, the mice in musical electro-acupuncture group will be treated with acupuncture in related acupuncture acupoints; the mice in drug group with donepezil hydrochloride gavarage. (0.92 milligrams per kilogram). After the treatment for 15 days, Morris water maze was used to test the learning and memory ability of mice and to detect the super oxide dismutase activity and malondialdehyde content in the serum. Results After the treatment, the escape latency of the mice in model group is longer than that blank group( P 〈 0.01);the change of escape latency of the mice in drug group is not quite obvious;while the escape latency in musical elctro-acupuncture group is clearly shorter than that model group ( P 〈 0.05). In model group, the malondialdehyde content is higher than that blank group, but the super oxide dismutase activity decreases( P 〈 0.01);in musical electro- acupuncture group and drug group, super oxide dismutase activity increases, while the malondialdehyde content decreases (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Musical electro-acupuncture therapy may improve the learning and memory ability through de- creasing the malondialdehyde content and increasing super oxide dismutase activity in the serum, hence could prevent and cure senile dementia.
