系统辨证脉学“脉方证相应”规律应用举隅

齐向华教授总结多年临床经验,融合古今医家的脉法,创立了以25对脉象要素为基础的具有系统性与回溯性的系统辨证脉学体系。并在"方证相应"的基础上归纳创新出"脉证方相应"的规律。通过诊察脉象,提取脉象要素,总结脉象特征,得出实实在在的客观证据,依照这些实实在在的"脉象证据"所示进行层层推理,运用系统辨证方法,最后推导出疾病整个过程和主要病因、病机、证候,然后进行"审因论治"或"方因证立"。

Professor QI Xianghua summarized the clinical experiences of many years and combined ancient pulse methods with modem medicine. She founded the systematic dialectical sphygmology with systematicness and retrospection based on 25 pulse elements. Moreover, she put forward the rule of the correspondence among pulse, prescription and syndrome based on the correspondence between prescription and syndrome. By examining the pulse, selecting pulse elements and summarizing pulse features, we can get objective evidences. According to these evidences, we can have careful reasoning, adopt systematic dialectical methods and get the main etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome of disease. Determining the treatment according to cause can be carried out.
