加味生化颗粒结合野菊花外洗治疗产后恶露不绝

Flavored biochemical granule combined with wild chrysanthemum wash treatment on postpartum lochia

目的探讨加味生化颗粒治疗产后恶露不绝的临床疗效及野菊花外洗预防产后恶露不绝患者产后感染的效果。方法将120例产后恶露不绝患者,中医辨证为气虚血瘀型,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各60例,治疗组采用加味生化颗粒口服(10 g/次,3次/d)结合野菊花外洗治疗,对照组采用产复康颗粒(20 g/次,3次/d)口服治疗。2组均治疗1周为1疗程,对比临床疗效、中医证候积分改善、平均止血时间及产后感染发生情况。结果治疗组治疗后平均止血时间显著少于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后总有效率93.3%高于对照组76.7%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组产后感染发生率1.7%显著低于对照组10.0%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加味生化颗粒可缩短产后恶露不绝患者止血时间,促进子宫复旧,配合野菊花外洗,可有效降低患者产后感染率。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of flavored biochemical granttle on postpartttrn lochia and preventive effect of wild chrysanthemum washing on postpartum infections of postpartum lochia. Methods A total of 120 patients with postpartum lochia admitted in our department from 2010.1 to 2012.1, diagnosized as qi defieiency and blood stasis type based on traditional Chinese dialectical medicine, were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Observation group was treated with flavored biochemical granules in combination with wild chrysanthemum washing, control group adopted Chanfukang oral treatment. After treating for a week of course, the clinical curative effect, improvement of TCM syndrome integral, the average bleeding time and the status of postpartum infections status were compared between two groups. Results Compared with control group, the significant less average hemostasis time, lower postpartum infection rate and higher total effective rate in observation group were observed after treatment （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Flavored biochemical particles can shorten the bleeding time of patients with postpartum lochia, promote the uterine instauration, is an effective drugs for treating the qi deficiency blood stasis kind of postpartum lochiayndrome; Combinatin treatment with wild chrysanthemum washing can effectively reduce the postpartum infection rate.
