中西药不合理联用处方分析

The irrational medicine use in prescription combining Chinese and western medicine

目的探讨分析中西药不合理联用情况,为保障医疗安全、促进临床合理用药提供参考。方法随机抽取我院2008年1月—2012年12月中西药联用处方2 000张,对中西药处方联用情况进行分类、统计和分析。结果中西药不合理联用处方496张,占24.8%。其中重复用药及同类药物并存所占的比例最高177张,如维C银翘片加对乙酰氨基酚等,占不合理联用处方的35.69%。其次为理化禁忌性的联用处方134张,如五味子糖浆加氢氧化铝片等,占不合理联用处方的27.02%;同时也存在着药理拮抗性的联用和诱发药源性疾病的联用。结论中西药不合理联用较常见,应加强医务人员中西医理论知识的学习,提高医生中西药联用的水平。医院应加强处方的管理,避免中西药不合理联用的现象存在,保障患者的用药合理、安全、有效。

Objective The exploration on the irrational combination of Chinese and western medicine is beneficial to ensure medical safety and promote the rational medicine use in clinic. Methods 2000 samples have been selected randomly from our hospital during the time period from January 2008 to December 2012. Different situations concerning medicine combina- tion of Chinese and western medicine have been classified, counted and analyzed. Results Chinese and Western medicine irrationally combined use reached 496 prescriptions, accounting for 24.8 % of the irrational combined use. The repeated drug use for similar drugs, such as vitamin C Yinqiao tablets together with acetaminophen, accounted for the highest amount of 177 prescriptions, accounting for 35.69% of the irrational combined use. The number of prescriptions which are physically tabooed, such as Schisandra fruit syrup and aluminium hydroxide tablets, is 134, accounting for 27.02% of the prescription of irrationally combined use. There are also prescriptions which contain pharmacological antagonism medicine or medicine that would cause drug induced disease. Conclusion Irrationally combined use of Chinese and western medicine is very common. We should strengthen the medical person＇s knowledge about traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine and improve the level of doctors in Chinese and western medicine use. The hospital should strengthen management of pre- scription and avoid irrationally combined use of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, so as to guarantee the reasonability, safety, and efficiency of medicine use in the treatment of patients.
