我国社区卫生服务存在的问题与对策

Problems and countermeasures of China's community health service

居民对社区卫生服务资源的需求,随着医疗改革的推进以及生活水平的提升而明显增加,需求种类也逐渐多元化。作为初级卫生保健影响性因素,社区卫生服务对维护社会稳定、促进经济繁荣、保证社会和谐具有关键意义。目前,我国社区卫生服务存在的主要问题有宣传覆盖率低、政府支持力底低、政策缺乏等,今后应扩大社区卫生服务的宣传,加大政府部门支持的力度等。

Residents＇ needs for community health service resources have caused a marked increase in demand with the im- provement of the living standards and the advancing health care reform. What＇s more, the needs also have gradually diversi- fied. As the impact factor of primary health care, community health service is critical for the maintenance of social stability, promoting economic prosperity and ensuring social harmony. At present, there are still some difficulties existing in China＇s community health work on exploring the development. The paper is to explore our community health service problems and provide recommendations for the future development of community health services business.
