摘要 建立了凝胶渗透色谱净化-超高效液相串联质谱法测定包装材料中的孔雀石绿和隐性孔雀石绿的方法,为评估食品包装材料中非法染料交叉污染提供数据支撑。孔雀石绿和隐性孔雀石绿线性范围分别为0.1μg/kg-5.1μg/kg和0.1μg/kg-3.9μg/kg,线性相关系数分别为0.9991和0.9989,定量限均为0.6μg/kg。使用该法检测市售包装材料,结果表明有手写油墨的包装袋上含有孔雀石绿和隐性孔雀石绿,警示需防范食品交叉污染。 A method for determination of Malachite Green and Leucomalachite Green in packaging materials by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) coupled with gel permeation chromatographic (GPC) was developed. The linear range were 0.1 -5.1 μg/kg and 0.1-3.9μg/kg for Malachite Green and Leucomalachite Green with linear correlation coefficient of 0.9991 and 0.998 respectively; The limits of quantitation (LOQ) were 0.6μg/kg (S/N=I0). The method was applicable to the detection of Malachite Green and Leucomalachite Green in packaging materials. And the results demonstrated that handwriting ink bags contain Malachite Green and Leucomalachite Green, to which should be paid attention for food cross-contamination.
