2013年初河北省大力推行动物检疫电子出证工作。石家庄市作为河北省首批试点市之一,结合实际,深入研究,在全市强力推行电子出证工作,实现了动物卫生证章标识信息化管理,动物卫生监督执法工作水平得到大幅提升。
