广东东莞市屠宰场及猪体内沙门氏菌的分离与鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 [目的 ]为了解东莞市屠宰场场地及屠宰猪的沙门氏菌污染情况。[方法 ]东莞市动物疫病预防控制中心从东莞市各镇街屠宰场采集猪肝样品320份,污水水样96份,环境空气样品160份,屠宰用具、工作台、地板等涂抹拭子共96份,进行沙门氏菌的分离与鉴定。[结果 ]共分离出沙门氏菌111株,检出率为16.5%。其中从猪肝样品中检出沙门氏菌64株(20%)、空气样品中检出15株(9%)、污水样品中检出22株(10.4%)、器具中检出10株(16.5%)。其中鼠伤寒沙门氏菌31株、肠炎沙门氏菌15株、甲型副伤寒17株。[结论 ]东莞市屠宰猪沙门氏菌污染情况比较普遍,应当引起监管部门的重视。 To investigate the Salmonella contamination in abattoir environment and slaughtered pigs,672 samples were collected from the livers of slaughtered pigs,air,sewage,lfoor and slaughtering instruments in 32 abattoirs in Dongguan City,Guangdong Province. And 111 Salmonella strains(16.5%positive)were isolated and characterized by differential medium and biochemical identification including 31 Salmonella typhimurium isolates,17 Salmonella paratyphoid A isolates and 15 Salmonella enteritidis isolates. 64,15,22 and 10 Salmonella strains were detected respectively in livers,air,sewage and various slaughtering instruments. The results indicated that the Salmonella con-tamination in abattoir environment and slaughtered pigs was very serious in Dongguan. The supervision departments should pay close attention to it.
