摘要
在部分液体通气中,考虑到经济及环境因素,需要将全氟化碳(PFC)的损耗降至最低。目前PFC回收和再利用常用四种方法:闭合重呼吸环路、热湿交换器装置、冷凝器装置和碱石灰吸收剂。四种方法各有优缺点。临床上应依据实际情况选用PFC回收和再利用装置以最大化降低PFC的损耗。
For environmental and economic reasons it is beneficial to minimise the loss of PFC during partial liquid ventilation. There are four methods commonly used currently in PFC recovery and reuse:closed rebreathing circuit system; heat-and-moisture exchangers; series connected condensers and sodalime absorbers. Four methods have different advantages and disadvantages. In order to maximize reduce the wastage of the PFC,we should be based on actual condition to choose PFC recovery and reuse device.
