广州市公共场所人员劝阻吸烟意愿及其影响因素

Willingness to discourage smoking and the influencing factors among staffs in public places in Guangzhou city

目的了解《广州市控制吸烟条例》实施后公共场所人员劝阻吸烟的意愿,探讨可能的影响因素。方法采用多阶段分层抽样法,抽取广州市441个公共场所进行暗访,对593名场所人员进行问卷调查。用χ2检验和logistic回归模型分析劝阻吸烟意愿的影响因素。结果公共场所人员对场所内吸烟的意愿劝阻率为75.04%。劝阻吸烟意愿与文化程度、对公共场所禁烟的态度、对本单位室内全面禁烟的态度、控烟条例实施知晓情况、场所内有控烟管理制度、场所禁烟类型有关,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。logistic回归分析结果显示,赞成本单位室内全面禁烟（OR=4.536,95%CI：2.727~7.546）、高中或中专（OR=3.243,95%CI：1.500~7.012）及以上文化程度（OR=3.242,95%CI：1.462~7.191）、场所内有控烟管理制度（OR=3.081,95%CI：1.255~7.564）的场所人员更愿意劝阻吸烟。结论广州市公共场所劝阻吸烟的群众基础较好,控烟条例的实施对劝阻吸烟意愿有积极的影响。

Objective To investigate the willingness to discourage smoking and related factors after the implementation of 《Smoking Control Regulation》 among staffs in public places of Guangzhou. Methods The investigation was performed with anonymous questionnaire for 594 staffs from 441 public places. Chi-square test and logistic regression model were used to analyze the influencing factors of willingness to discourage smoking. Results The rate of willing to discourage smoking in 594 respondents was75.04%. Education level,attitude towards enforcement of the Regulation in public places and comprehensive smoke-free ban in their department,awareness of the Regulation,smoking control management,and location type of the places were associated with the willingness（P〈0.05）. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the agreement to comprehensive smoke-free ban（OR=4.536,95%CI： 2.727-7.546）,education level at high school（OR=3.243,95%CI： 1.500-7.012）,high education level（OR=3.242,95%CI： 1.462-7.191）,smoking control management regulations（OR=3.081,95%CI： 1.255-7.564） were correlated to the willing to discourage smoking. Conclusion There is a good base to discourage smoking in public places in Guangzhou. The implementation of Tobacco Control Regulation may influence positively the willingness to discourage smoking.
