摘要
贻贝粘附蛋白因含有大量多巴分子(DOPA)而使之具有独特的抗潮湿粘接性能,能够粘附在包括四氟乙烯在内的几乎所有材料表面,已成为生物胶黏剂研究的热点。本文综述了贻贝粘附蛋白及其衍生物多巴胺的研究进展,并展望了其在医学、防腐和防污领域的应用前景。
Mussel adhesive protein contains a lot of dopa which makes it unique moisture resistant adhesive properties. It can be adhered to almost all of the material surface including tetrafluoroeethylene. So it has become a hotspot of bio-adhesive research. The research progress of mussel adhesive proteins and its derivatives dopamine were reviewed,and the prospect of its ap- plication in medicine, anti-corrosion, anti-fouling were forecasted.
